My Thoughts
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
This is book 2 in the Billion-Dollar Matches series, and in this instalment we find ourselves in Seychelles where Freddie has arranged for a week long date. His current match has been set up for him via the elite ‘M’ dating agency, and when he arrives and comes face to face with his date he is left utterly speechless as he comes face to face with Jasmine Walker – his ex-fiancée.
Their relationship broke down as the pressures of his families expectations were too much for Jasmine to withstand, and as the housekeepers daughter she was often seen as being an unworthy match for Freddie, something he didn’t agree with in the slightest – but unfortunately it was simply too much for their relationship to overcome.
When they find themselves spending an entire week in the sunshine together, old feelings are unearthed and their chemistry remains as strong as ever, but will they be able to move past all of the things that broke them before or can they finally have a shot at real happiness with one another.
Whenever I pick up a book by Rachael Stewart I just know I am in for an absolute treat. Surprise Reunion With His Cinderella takes us on a journey alongside Freddie and Jasmine as they attempt to rekindle a romance that they once shared whilst also getting to know one another all over again. As they embark on a week long date in the picturesque Seychelles they find themselves riding an emotional rollercoaster as they work out where their heart really belongs.
The characters are realistic and endearing, they are given their own personalities that really draw you in and allow you to feel a connection with them as the story progresses. The author does a fantastic job of providing us with dialogue that perfectly portrays the romantic chemistry that is fizzling away between Freddie and Jasmine. Alongside a truly captivating storyline this book had me enchanted to the very end.

About the Author

Rachael Stewart adores conjuring up stories for the readers of Harlequin Mills & Boon and Deep Desires Press, with tales varying from the heartwarmingly romantic to the wildly erotic.
She’s been writing since she could put pen to paper as the stacks of scrawled on A4 sheets in her loft will attest to, and the lovingly bound short stories that her father would run off at work and proudly share out with his colleagues. Thinking it was a pipe dream to be published one day, she pursued a sensible career in business but she was really play-acting, achieving the appropriate degree and spending many years in the corporate world where she never truly belonged. Always happiest when she was sat at her laptop in the quiet hours tapping out a story or two. And so here she is, a published author, her full-time pleasure, a dream come true.
A Welsh lass at heart, she now lives in Yorkshire with her husband and three children, and if she’s not glued to her laptop, she’s wrapped up in them or enjoying the great outdoors seeking out inspiration.
